Follow instructions on both pudding boxes to make the vanilla and chocolate pudding in separate containers. Place in refrigerator until set.
While pudding sets, smash graham crackers (~1 graham cracker per pudding cup). Set aside.
Whip the cream to your desired consistency + add a teaspoon or two of sugar if you like it sweet.
Once pudding is set, build the cups starting with a layer of graham cracker. The layers are graham cracker > Chocolate Pudding > Graham Cracker > Vanilla Pudding, repeat. End with a dollop of whipped cream and insert a wafer on top. Serve immediately.
